The Role
Zia Consulting is seeking a high-performing Enterprise Sales Director to:
Define and lead go-to-market strategies for AI-powered ICM solutions.
Mentor and collaborate with sales teams to drive enterprise penetration.
Influence product and solution development through market feedback.
Own key enterprise relationships and contribute to long-term partnership growth.
In this role, you will engage with C-level and executive leaders to identify key business initiatives and challenges and map them to Intelligent Content Management and AI-powered solutions that are backed by robust business cases and ROI modeling.
You’ll be responsible for building a highly repeatable pipeline and leading consultative, value-based sales cycles that drive digital transformation for some of the largest enterprises across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Own enterprise sales strategy and pipeline acceleration, maintaining a highly repeatable pipeline with disciplined 4:1 coverage.
Drive accurate forecasting and influence revenue growth.
Collaborate closely with technical sales and delivery teams, as well as executive leadership on market expansion strategies.
Identify customers' key business initiatives, challenges, and goals.
Execute a consultative sales approach focused on solving business problems, not just selling technology.
Map the customers’ needs to Zia’s AI-powered solutions and Intelligent Content Management offerings.
Develop and deliver ROI-driven business cases that align with customers’ strategic goals.
Identify emerging trends in AI and content management to position Zia as a market leader.
Represent Zia by acting as a thought leader in AI-driven content transformation at lead generation activities to evangelize the value of our ICM solutions.

Job requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile:
5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably selling AI solutions, ECM platforms, Intelligent Document Processing, or BPM/workflow automation.
Trusted advisor to C-level executives on AI, automation, and content strategy.
Ability to influence internal stakeholders, including product and delivery teams.
Deep understanding of how AI enhances content management and business processes.
Demonstrated ability to sell business value and outcomes — not just features — through business cases and ROI justification.
Proven track record of building a pipeline and consistently exceeding quotas.
Skilled in building executive-level relationships and navigating complex enterprise sales cycles.
High-energy, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated.
Thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Preferred Experience:
Selling solutions related to Intelligent Content Management, Intelligent Document Processing, or Workflow Automation (e.g., OpenText, Hyland, Ephesoft, UiPath, Kofax, IBM, Microsoft).
Prior experience selling AI/ML automation platforms is highly preferred.
Understanding of hyperautomation and digital transformation initiatives.
